Hi guys.

hows everyone? its my longest ever weekend off since dunno when... as i am off, i find that i have nothing much to do... going to work is like a better choice.... seriously, i wonder how many people from our store actually view this blog? how wide have this page gone? to 60% of the crews?? what about our crew leaders??? this blog is now more like for us to say our word of thanks and nothing much more...

if we were to put up updates here, how many will get to read??

well, i will be back to work as soon as i can... den maybe shall take more pictures and how to everyone..

one brighter note, i guess most of the crew are much more happier that i am back in school now, no more naggy and demanding huimin working everyday.. hahas...

before i sign off, here's something that i want to say.. if there is anytime of the day u r working and you feel that something you see about the manager, the crew or crew leader not doing their task properly, i will strongly urge you to try and speak to the person involve... bear in mind to use the polite tone of voice and approach the person nicely.. if the person starts shouting, you dun shout back.. just tell him/her that you will speak to him/her another time then... or in any case, can sms me too... =)

well, i know by writing all these now is a little too late. but den again, my intention of writing is not to do any memory recall so now is better then never.

Lai lai jie, u will always be missed dearly by everyone of all.. all the aunties, crews, ex crews, riders and your old time customers. if anyone every asked about you, i'll tell them ur new stores and even teach them how to go to ur new store, NBR.

no amount of words can be used to say how much i feel about ur transfering news. yes, i cried but no, they r not tears of sadness, but tears of joy and relief for you. finally u r going to be a big girl, leaving your comfortable nest that you have been staying for 15years. its really time for you to go and see the bigger world.

i will always claim that i am ur biggest disciple no matter wad... cuz i am... the first manager u handle a MDP. =)

i will spend more time with all the youngsters, and ur on hand batch of crew leaders. i will help them with whatever i can..

so dearest all, please do not feel lost of abandoned because lai lai left.. she is still working at mac... just that we are all in a different store... dun be sad... because when all of us work at different stores, it means we got more/better chances of going out and have fun! without the hassle of planning on who's off day and whos not working and stuff.

&&The day had come.
It's 17 April 2009. Time do fly, real fast.
Lai Lai gone, I don't have a da jie to really count on in mac already.

Lai Lai, Thanks for everything you've done.
Be it for the store or for me.
This time for what I've really decided on, I don't wanna give up already.
For your sake, I'll do my best to go up.
I'll always remember what you've told me time and time again whenever we sit down and chat about my path.
I'll be the STAR that you want to see. I will but can't really promise.

Later on at store, it'll be another saddest day around :'(

Ruby and Devi came back already but lai lai is still leaving us.
Well, it's her choice and we have to respect her decision.
Lai Lai! all the best over there alright! I'll drop by if possible :)

Another good manager gone, nothing much left in store already.
Everything seems so different in store nowadays.

I'll surely miss her crazy laughter and senseless action o.O haha!

&She's the best manager around that any store could get.
&&I'm very fortunate to have met her.

She always have her ways with youngsters even though there's an obvious generation gap.
She's just so different and unique compared to other people or managers around.
She'll always SMILE even though she's feeling very tired.
Even though she's the opening manager for the day, I always get to see her till late nights still working and doing her stuff for McD. She hadn't even leave after I left store.

I'll miss her calling me up and ask if I could go to work last minute just because down crew or just in case peak period need more crews than projected.
She's the only manager that I won't reject upon hearing that she needs me to work, be it I'm at school or outside or shopping with friends or working at other place, I'll rush over when I'm done asap.
Well, I don't actually reject huimin's also but . . . you should get what I mean la.

Like as your friends or disciples would say, I'll always be there if you just wanna talk :)
Talk crap also can.

Even if I wanted to continue my STAR training, I don't really have anybody to turn to already.

I'll definitely miss you.
So will the store!
