Most of them are leaving because of their individual promotions. Tsk, why must it this way.

If I remembered correctly,
Today is NUR FAHIMAH SHAMSUDDIN's , a.k.a Fafa, last day at Bukit Merah McDonald's.
And it actually is on BM crew outing day. (Which I'm not be able to join in the fun, tsk.)

Dear Fafa, you have to get use to that name 'cause it'll be on your name tag from now on. HAHA!

&&I'm glad that I have you as my companion throughout the journey of becoming a STAR.
Yep, we've finally pulled it through and we finally are one! Yippee eh? HAHA!
Even though we didn't work together as STARs, but the memories of us being party runners are awesome as well.
Always remember the thing we shared or the stupidity we had.
Example, forgetting stuffs when we had our first outdoor party together. HAHA!

We've so much in common when it comes to human. We dislike the same person, hate the same person and etc.

Babe, my number will not change and if I do I'll inform you as well.
If there's any whines and any crap stuffs to share, I'm still there to talk with. HAHA! Update me once in a while okay?

sighs... no words can ever express how i felt about my buddy's departure in this management team.. yes, he is none other den LEE CHANG FU.. since crew we've been working together.. and he is the only one who is of the same batch as i was and came into the management team with me... now i am all left alone... Lai choon already left, so is Rehan... and now Chang Fu... i have no more close ones in the same store as i am... seriously depressed...

I was smsing Lailai... telling her how i felt... in future, no one will buy food for me when i am hungry... no one will 'di siao' me during shift.... and no one to fight with me already... i dont think any of the crew leaders dare to do that to me la... sighs....

and all i can only say is, Chang Fu, take care and do visit us often when u book out... u r going to be missed badly by all the youngsters especially the current batch... Better turn up and meet more or else i curse u kena bully by ur camp mates..

on a side note, i emo-ed in the manager room yesterday alone around 1 am... all i can only say is: sighs.

Yes, I'm blogging again. I don't wanna add on to the superly wordy post below the one you're reading now. haha!

I'm bored and randomly going back to the day I've just open BM blog. Reading every single post, reading every tribute and looking at those memorable pictures.
I teared, seriously. Those were really the times.
I miss them.
Even when we promise to meet up regularly, we ended up all talk but no actions.
For example, where did the Makan Session had gone to?

I miss having those people who had left around in the store.
BM used to be crazy and fun but now, people are dreading to go work.

People who are working really affects each others mood aye?
Weird.

The first week of June had been happening aye?
Guess almost everybody had fun.

Both Fafa and I had started our first day of June by spending 7 hours at Queensway Tea Garden for BIRTHDAY PARTY WORKSHOP.
We'd learn super lots and met new people. They were nice and all but it was a wee bit hot there, where's the rain!
We managed to survive with no STAR and also not as a 100% strong part runner :D

(how 'bout a round of applause!)

There's so much things to do and so much things to correct. Hopefully both of us will be able to get the proper procedure right and pass it down to the topcats.
and I want a proper topcat team like how QW had theirs, they were damn awesome. Strong team.

&Even though we may or may not be left with two more months, I want to make the remaining parties a super memorable ones.
Can I have the permission to use store's cam? Haha.

Requested Topcat meeting asap!
Please mother! Both of us don't want everything to go to waste plus they say the SAE will pop by without saying leh!

Well, I'm glad I had attended.

The second day of June was Crew Rally, day one.
I was late, like what most of them had said; it was a normal thing for me. Sad man I swear.
I didn't actually liked the first day 'cause the whole bunch of people that day wasn't as high.
Or it was just that I went the wrong day.
Most of the youngsters was there but the enthusiasm wasn't there. Something's missing.
Anyways, I spent the whole 4 hours there talking and chatting with Val and Junsian. I won't say anything much here, you people would've read my personal blog already :D

The third day of June was Crew Rally day two.
Hey! I was earlier today, still late la duh. Someone told me that it'll rain if I reach earlier than him. I DID!~
The moment I found BM peeps in the crowd, I'm the first to be "beaten" up by the rest of them among the late ones.
Continuously, "beat" almost all the BM people inclusive of the managers! Well, it was the crew rally after all. For crews to have fun for a day. Well, I went for both days. Changfu too.

After two days of crew rally, SOUTH ZONE WON OVERALL! So proud! hahaha.
I had fun shouting as well. LOLs!

It's Thursday already.
boo hoo. Another week gonna pass soon.
I think I've blog a wee bit too much here -.-
haha! Sorry for the wordy post!

Hi guys.

hows everyone? its my longest ever weekend off since dunno when... as i am off, i find that i have nothing much to do... going to work is like a better choice.... seriously, i wonder how many people from our store actually view this blog? how wide have this page gone? to 60% of the crews?? what about our crew leaders??? this blog is now more like for us to say our word of thanks and nothing much more...

one brighter note, i guess most of the crew are much more happier that i am back in school now, no more naggy and demanding huimin working everyday.. hahas...

before i sign off, here's something that i want to say.. if there is anytime of the day u r working and you feel that something you see about the manager, the crew or crew leader not doing their task properly, i will strongly urge you to try and speak to the person involve... bear in mind to use the polite tone of voice and approach the person nicely.. if the person starts shouting, you dun shout back.. just tell him/her that you will speak to him/her another time then... or in any case, can sms me too... =)

well, i know by writing all these now is a little too late. but den again, my intention of writing is not to do any memory recall so now is better then never.

Lai lai jie, u will always be missed dearly by everyone of all.. all the aunties, crews, ex crews, riders and your old time customers. if anyone every asked about you, i'll tell them ur new stores and even teach them how to go to ur new store, NBR.

no amount of words can be used to say how much i feel about ur transfering news. yes, i cried but no, they r not tears of sadness, but tears of joy and relief for you. finally u r going to be a big girl, leaving your comfortable nest that you have been staying for 15years. its really time for you to go and see the bigger world.

i will always claim that i am ur biggest disciple no matter wad... cuz i am... the first manager u handle a MDP. =)

i will spend more time with all the youngsters, and ur on hand batch of crew leaders. i will help them with whatever i can..

so dearest all, please do not feel lost of abandoned because lai lai left.. she is still working at mac... just that we are all in a different store... dun be sad... because when all of us work at different stores, it means we got more/better chances of going out and have fun! without the hassle of planning on who's off day and whos not working and stuff.

Ruby and Devi came back already but lai lai is still leaving us.
Well, it's her choice and we have to respect her decision.
Lai Lai! all the best over there alright! I'll drop by if possible :)

Another good manager gone, nothing much left in store already.
Everything seems so different in store nowadays.

I'll surely miss her crazy laughter and senseless action o.O haha!

&She's the best manager around that any store could get.
&&I'm very fortunate to have met her.

She always have her ways with youngsters even though there's an obvious generation gap.
She's just so different and unique compared to other people or managers around.
She'll always SMILE even though she's feeling very tired.
Even though she's the opening manager for the day, I always get to see her till late nights still working and doing her stuff for McD. She hadn't even leave after I left store.

I'll miss her calling me up and ask if I could go to work last minute just because down crew or just in case peak period need more crews than projected.
She's the only manager that I won't reject upon hearing that she needs me to work, be it I'm at school or outside or shopping with friends or working at other place, I'll rush over when I'm done asap.
Well, I don't actually reject huimin's also but . . . you should get what I mean la.

Like as your friends or disciples would say, I'll always be there if you just wanna talk :)
Talk crap also can.

Even if I wanted to continue my STAR training, I don't really have anybody to turn to already.

I'll definitely miss you.

hi guys and girls.. remember the service culture class you all attended yesterday at Bukit Merah McD around 6pm???

here is something i wanna share with all of you..

actually this service attitude is not something very new.. i was a crew about 4 years back.. and we have this icon launch called, "ILI service".. which means "i'm lovin' it service"... and in this program, there is the start of having all ladies crew to put on light make up, which is now very loved by most of our youngster ladies.. nana, fafa, priya, devi, singyee... lailai, fazillah, layhong... yup.. it is indeed a chore to do such things but but but... it do make all the girls more attractive... just plain lip gloss will do.. if not comfortable with make up dun have to force urself...

and look at the difference yesterday... yes, you all may laugh at it when others do and show us the correct way... but look... if you do it confidently and proudly, you wont look funny and silly and idiotic...

so can i urge all youngsters, little brothers and sisters of Bukit Merah McD family.. can we bring up our service standards to the next level and uphold it till the day the store is closing? can we do it?

consider this as the last thing that we all can do as much as we can for the store for its remaining months..

Heyya Fellow friends in BM!

Its been a long long time since i last blog over here.
and well, its been 1 week since i was transfered to my new store TBP.

I am doing fine if you ask me. currently at stations and verification. Started on Grills, batch cooks for both lunch and breakfast. hehe.

the crews there are very welcoming and my presence somehow from what i heard from them, brought the positive and lively sparks to the store. I am glad to hear that.

Nonetheless, everytime i am in my store, i wish that there is a call or an email informing me that i am only at TBP for training and it is not my store permanently ... sigh..

i miss having fun with all of you guys. i really miss it!

To Fazillah, its been a "BOOM" experience working with you.. those days when we were crew... (actually, i think i only see u as a crew for dunno how many times den u STAR liaos..) back to the days.. got Yalee jie, OC=Thresa, got Don, etc.. it was a time of my life that i am glad it marked and stamped in my memory... The crazy CNY sales, the endless party songs around the lobby.. the cheers and invitations for me to give away the birthday gift to the child.. the counter I/C who i can leave my mind at ease so i can go for fast bite.. the working partner in crime so all the gossips and nonsense laughters... the crazy buffet food buddy at management meetings/dinner... seriously.

I, Lee Huimin, PTFM of BM#21, will miss you and hereby, i wish you all the best in your career with McDonalds'..

Mother Sandy once told me this, and i guess it is the same for you.. that's why we will make this choice of staying in the system.. "there's ketchup in our blood.. nothing can stop this passion from pumping inside our body.."

may we meet in the same store few years down the road.. any doubts or help needed with your MDP, can always call me.. no promise i still have everything fresh in my mind, but i assure you we can work the answers together. Today marked the last day for Abang Rehan. Thankfully i was working with him same shift same time.

It was really hard for me to accept him leaving BM. couldnt help it and tear!
He made his final comms and as he typed an email, couldnt help it but to just sit beside him and look at him.. as the tears flows..

Seeing him carrying the back and hearing him saying, " i ll miss all my BM TEAM" made me go even worst.

There, one manager has left BM and i cant help it but to again let my tears flow as i typed this entry.

Recently, on Friday the 13th McD BM was badly CURSED! The following were the Cursed in store..

1) VATS caught on FIRE midnite!
2) Store BLACK OUT! same time with the FIRE

Breakfast hours

1) McD BM was only selling HOTCAKES and FILET ( NO sausages, NO EM, NO SME, NO SM, NO BBF, NO GE, NO GS) no NOTHING except for HC , FOF and HB!

2) Premium Coffee machine NOT RESPONDING so that means (NO Latte, NO Cuppucino, NO Long Black!)

3) No GAS for gassy drinks, that means (NO Coke,NO cokelight,NO Sprite!)

4) Female toilet CHOCKED!

5) NO MDS orders!!! ALL orders were diverted to QSC! poor thing...

Mc Value Lunch

1) all patties cooked at vats at fries station!! can u imagine how tough it was esp with Value Lunch!

2) NO McSP and NO McW for a short while!

Finally another TOPCAT meeting. This time i got more TOPCATS for the meeting...
sigh, my last TOPCAT meeting EVER!
It was again pure FUN with all the crazy topcats! haha.. laughing here and there gossip here and there hehe.. opss..

For those who arent aware:

Ms Fazillah is transfering to McD TBP! yeap it is true and its not rumours. It has been confirmed since last month. Its just that only this week i broke the news to the aunties and riders. I don't know if i should be touched or sad when hearing the comments of my fellow collegues and riders who were extremely shocked.

hi guys... been sometime i write... here i am.. i want to recall some wonderful and fun times i shared with abang REHAN.

been working with him since i was a manager.. so i wont really know how he usually bullies the crew... but as a Floor Manager working with him, seriously... he just pinches me whenever i pissed him off... though i don't usually pissed him off intentionally, it is always done sarcastically... he is a big brother to me.. always there to listen to my whining stories... listen to my sad stories... and listen to my not funny jokes... thanks for all the advices given to me all these 3 years.... or 2 years? i dun really remember.... but i will always remember the time working with you and zaini... with you and aziz during one of the CNY... really... you make my days in BM more filled with good memories than bad...

thanks abg for all the guidance you have given me, all the patience.. and all the times i irritated u on purpose... i know next time if i ever progress, stay in the system and move up the career path offered in mcd, i will never forget the opportunities that is around.. the chances of us in the same store again.. maybe this time a big different... maybe some will be RMs, some already a BC?? den the juniors once like me and faz maybe 2nd asst or 1st asst already.... hehes... dreaming again...

It super weird these few days going to work...ALONE..FAR..and TIRED...Last tyme at BM go work straight lepak at back lane smoke then punch in....

Totally different no lepak kaki..no smoke kaki except rider Tan , Majid , Taufik and some riders that i dun noe their name...

Today i learnt a few new things
Ok first things first work like everyday and its cool la.. finally getting use to it.. Full Time mah.

i doing fine at T-Garden except that i feel weird without you ppl around..

MFY is damn fun and at tymes complicated..it not the same as BM wen doing PC we have to shout and run around...

there just need to shout for Recovery and Slot and the rest QUIET!!

i use to the noise everything and i feel like i mute and dumb...

Well..u ppl noe rite i short..pendek..most of the tymes i need to tip toe and yes i did burn myself also..

but can say tat abit slack ahh wen no customer just stand there doing nuntin ..

i have cover indicator, assember and batch cook...at one tymes...

tymes run very fast...

My Final Journey At Bukit Merah

Today is the final journey for me at Bukit Merah Mcd...After been at BM for almost 6 years i will be leaving my big family...

Haiz....!! :(

Let begin with the first day at mcd 5yrs ago...

I went in BM with my friend Siti ( fazi u should noe who am i refering to ) and ask application from Kak Rahmah..and eventually my friend is the one who help me fill up the form..I went back and i told my mum about McD..she was angry with me for making my own decision to work..i pester her as i told her i want to feel hows working life would me..holding ur own money and getting experience..

Now here i am suviving the changes and having new friends around..

The person who teach me LOBBY were Fazi..( she still remember my blur face )

Actually that moment i was afraid and not confident lah..i see all aunties looked at me one kind so most of the tymes i will always check my pants zip..hahaha!! really i dun bluff...i always have the habit not to zip or forgetten to zip...

When for typoid injection and got fever for two days...after i came back to McD i back to LOBBY by myself...

Second station i learn were VATS station then FOF station within one week i learn COUNTER...and the rest slowly till where i stand now...

Hearing BM closing on DEC was a heartbreak..but then i was happy that it remain till MAY...and i taught i could remain at BM for the rest 4 month..but i leaving soon...too soon that i myself dun believe it...

Yesterday were fun...scrapping the locker..but i have to leave soon as i promise HAN that i meet her after i finish worked...sorry guys...

There no word that i can describe rite now...i totally sad... :(

I miss everything ...everyone....at BM

As today i will be working at 12pm-8.30pm..i dun noe wat going to happen at BM..i will try to hold my tears untill i finish my shift..hopefully i can lah..but i cannot faced LAI2...she will make me sad...just cant looked at her...she everything to me rite now and forever...i looking at the bright side now...it just feeling of lost...

Dearest Ruby!

People come and go and we know sooner or later we will all have to leave BM right? I didnt expect you to leave so early. and i was shocked when i heard that from you personally.

Ruby, you were my FIRST ever Malay friend in McD BM! after i got transfer from TB8 to BM.
You were my first OJE crew that i trained for lobby man! how can i ever forget your BLUR face! haha.. sorryy ( i was like that oso hehe)

When i was a crew to STAR, you were my best topcat! then when we ran MDS OLD VERSION which no one beleives that i can DO MDS! hmpt! you were there with me. Now, a crew leader still as supportive to BP. and soon a manager!

My one and only malay crew friend..went Geylang with ICREW, came over to my house for events( or for FOOD) hehe..

you will always be remembered by me in so many ways. the days when i we were full time crew.. always we work the shifts that will take over each other... last time always we exchange shift.... sighs.... all times we work.... never will i forget them....

but think of the good side, we r both managers now.. next time want to ST product no problem already... definitely go the extra mile to help if i can.... go there le, got time can drop by and see see us.... if i free free i will go there see see you....

sighs... i miss you... you can always continue to blog here... this blog will always for the Blood bonded BM... the riders are the McDegils.... we are the girlie mcdegils....

I Left 4 days in BM

I punch for work today at 7.00am and taking over MDS...after settle down i was brewing coffee for the MDS and i overheard wat Gaya and Sandy was talkin about..(i dun mean to listen but they were talking so loud)

After wat i heard i ask Gaya whether it confirm tat she will be transfer next month at Farrer..and she answer YES..

I immediately wen to Sandy and asked her about my transfer..and yes...i will be transfer to T-garden mcd next month 2nd Feb..i hold my tears and looked at Sandy..i realise tat i left 4 days to be together with all of the crew..I cried of course..

Rider Koh say " dun cry lah..!! we still can meet each other wen u free drop by BM lor.."

I noe i was very sad at that moment..Even wen i packed MDS order i was crying..Auntie Cat console me after knowing abt my transfer..

I not sure leh actually if i am ready for the new position..and i not sure if i can adapt at the new store..I dun wanna be selfish but how long i will remain as Crew Leader which i been for almost ten month..i suffer most of the tymes..

I realise after almost 6 years together i will miss you guys especially all the gossip kaki..and i wish tat even i transfer out we will remain as kaki ( not to gossip abt my new store okay!! ) and well i hope you guys can still let me blog here and also for me to noe abt BM for the remaining of 4 month you guys had together..

Hopefully..this blog will remain after every each of us left BM..

p/s : i crying while i wrote this blog..for goodness sake..I WILL MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH..

WHoahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....!!!!

wat a days...!!! It 2nd cny and it was so damn bz this morning....just imagine we didnt stop building up breakfast product since 8.30am to 11.30am...i was doing dressing...no tyme for toilet break and fast drinks...All in the kitchen was so stressed up..but we enjoy ourself..teamwork was GREAT...!!!! errr did i just say somthing wrong??? Let me think again...shhh silence plz....!!! hehehe...no lah today reali the great TEAMWORK i ever hard...Ya lah....got....

Omg! The WAR..
I am glad that at least i can still work at BM for this year's CNY. However, this would be the last CNY ever that i will be working in McD BM. Its closing though anyway..

My say about today?
- Madness!!!
- Moodddyyyy because seriously guys, as much as i love doing lobby today was my worst day ever in my entire life. i was at lobby at the start till i ended my shift! you see, i dnt mind but its just that there were tones and tones of trays to clear and bins to dump!

All managers were in RED though.. we looked like Hong Baos!!!

1 day down.. 1 more to go...

A real life account.

Here’s bringing you the latest horror news about McD BM!

Rumors are spreading and it is true that noises were heard especially during midnights somewhere at the ceiling outside manager room!

It seems that a lonely ghost is waiting for its next victim. It is believed that this has got to do with the previous incident that happened at McDonalds Road where Mgr Lisa was brutally bashed by MOTHER and a kind man Mr AF.

Today, I put myself at risked and decided to find out the whole truth and nothing but the truth. True enough, there was SOMEONE!.

It started when Mgr Rebecca Ecca was shouting and running away from the manager room gracefully when counting cash. Ms Rebecca Ecca mentioned that, she only heard rumors but didn’t believe it until she heard humming sounds coming from the ceiling.

Upon that, I rushed out to call for Mgr Mak Kor, who were also panic and scared but acted cool. Mak Kor was too panic that he rushed into the frezzer to cool down after that, he was never found. Seems that he vanished in thin air in the freezer.

But, I was shocked to see a lady in orange out of nowhere appearing at the scene area. I strongly believe that she is MADAM who is the other paparazzi who is jealous of me who often get the latest news. MADAM has been following me because she got no news to come out with.

Forget about MADAM, remember the kind man Mr AF, he appeared out of nowhere with a ladder! Again he said,” I should help whenever it is needed.” Mr AF managed to set the ladder but couldn’t reach to the top ceiling. And that leaves to me to go up on my own and face the ghost!

To my shock, indeed there was someone. I manage to capture this picture because I too was scared! It seems that the ghost is shy! As I didn’t want to agitate the ghost I quickly went down. After a while, 2 legs pop out! And Ms Rebecca Ecca will not count cash alone again from that day onwards.

look at the top picture carefully. It is the best and closest picture the ghost that we could take!
