hi guys and girls.. remember the service culture class you all attended yesterday at Bukit Merah McD around 6pm???

here is something i wanna share with all of you..

actually this service attitude is not something very new.. i was a crew about 4 years back.. and we have this icon launch called, "ILI service".. which means "i'm lovin' it service"... and in this program, there is the start of having all ladies crew to put on light make up, which is now very loved by most of our youngster ladies.. nana, fafa, priya, devi, singyee... lailai, fazillah, layhong... yup.. it is indeed a chore to do such things but but but... it do make all the girls more attractive... just plain lip gloss will do.. if not comfortable with make up dun have to force urself...

and look at the difference yesterday... yes, you all may laugh at it when others do and show us the correct way... but look... if you do it confidently and proudly, you wont look funny and silly and idiotic...

so can i urge all youngsters, little brothers and sisters of Bukit Merah McD family.. can we bring up our service standards to the next level and uphold it till the day the store is closing? can we do it?

consider this as the last thing that we all can do as much as we can for the store for its remaining months..
